Saint Mary's College of California Tennis Team annual fundraiser event !!

Last Friday, I drove up to Nor Cal to join the
fundraiser event by the SMC Tennis team in Moraga !!
(as you saw from my mobile update...)

Since the fundraiser event was on Saturday, I met up
with my 'old' friend and went to this Italian
restaurant "LUPA" in the mission district
recommended by another nor-cal friend of mine.

I'm not a wine person at all . . . . ,
but I had a sweetish white wine recommended
by our waiter and gnocci.

It was actually very very good !!!
(so good that I forgot to take pics inside the restaurant...)

And this was the story of the weekend....
Off/On rain throughout the day.

Somebody said I brought the rain, but not possible !

Because it doesn't rain in So-Cal !!!

It was very wet in the morning, but it cleared
up and I was able to get in a whole year's worth
of tennis out of my body . . . . .

SOOOOOOOOO SORE now !!!!!

This is SMC Tennis men's coach
Michael "the beast" Wayman.

He's taught me tennis since I was like 12.

I owe a lot to him and the great tennis program
at SMC.

It was very nice to see him after so many years...
I woudn't be where I am today without him :)
